Bowden bound for T-town Longtime Florida State football coach Bobby Bowden may be enjoying his first year of retirement, but he’s definitely not sitting still. Not on Sept. 11, anyway. Bowden, a native of Birmingham, has accepted an invitation to attend the University of Alabama’s home game against Big Ten power Penn State that day.
